Haere Mai and Welcome to Moe Kura

Moe Kura is a longitudinal study of mother and child sleep and wellbeing in Aotearoa/New Zealand.

The main aims of the study are to understand how the sleep of a child affects his/her health and development, and how the sleep of a mother affects her well-being. The study has a specific focus on understanding sleep health inequalities between Māori and non-Māori.
